Together with Gilling Dodd Architects and our main contractors, Integrated Health Projects (IHP), the Trust has been successfully shortlisted for Best Acute Design at the Healthcare Design Awards.
The shortlisting recognises the work on Water Meadow View, our new build at Preston. Regarded as an innovative and landmark £32 million facility, the entry talks of our successful bid for funding to create appropriate, progressive and bespoke environments for those with learning disabilities.
The new building will mark a huge shift and elevation of learning disability inpatient services in Lancashire.
The competition in our category is fierce so fingers crossed for a win at the ceremony in February!
