We are pleased to confirm that following a competitive recruitment process, Emma McGuigan has been appointed permanently to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), with immediate effect. Emma has been interim in the position since April this year.

She is a highly experienced COO and is already a key member of the executive team and Trust Board.

Emma joined LSCft in 2021, having previously been the Director of Operations in Mid Cheshire Community and Hospital Trust. She is passionate about continuous improvement, service development and compassionate leadership.
