Every life story carries powerful lessons. By listening to these experiences, we unlock opportunities for growth, learning and connection. The Library of Lived Experience hosted by our Community Roots Team provides a unique opportunity where individuals or “living books” share their personal journeys in meaningful conversations with others. It’s a safe, supportive space designed to inspire and inform, improving services, care, and overall wellbeing.
The team at Community Roots is inviting colleagues to take part in this impactful opportunity. If you're ready to share your own story, the team will help guide you through the process. Your lived experience could become a source of strength for others, helping them on their own path to recovery and development. Plus, your story could create a deeper sense of community, well-being, and connection across our teams.
Could your story support the development and recovery journeys of others?
